The flashing at the chimney has felled. The bad thing this is the location. It is out of sight and out of mind.

The roof decking is rotten which is allowing the more water in.

Lots of water made this damage. This is two stories off the ground and I am watching my step.

Here I have removed the lower section of roof decking. I am investigating for damages to the structural parts of this roof.
