Located at the corner of this
pool house, the insulation is hanging out of the wall. This is
exposing the speaker. The siding is so rotten it has fallen off the
wall and allowed the sub-siding to start
rotting.

The
reason why all this happened was because the tree that the pool
house roof over hang was built around, fell against the house.
It causes a little damage. However, it was not taken care of when it
happened and the dry rot set
in.

The silver plate on the wall is the speaker
cover. The black stuff is mold.

I have moved
most all of the damaged lumber and
siding.

had to remove the bottom plate and top plates because the damage was
too bad to save
them.
