The back of this garage has been added to. This side had a problem when with water damage.

I took off all the bad siding and the black insulation board.

Other than a little damage from a rat chewing on the wood studs I didn't see any other damage.

I had to remove part of the siding because it was water soaked.

The customer caulked, painted and reattached the wire.
