This family has out grown this pre depression home. They called Dr. Brokenhouse to remodel it.

Years of an unlevel tub has allowed the water to run to the floor and cause damage to the floor.

Notice the white trim at the bottom the cabinet door? There is a big surprise on the other side. Return air duct.

This door jamb is 9-1/4 inches think and swings to the wrong side.

Demolition has started and now the return air duct is visible that I was talking about in the first slide.

My saws-all will cut through anything. The part of the cabinet with the faucet is the last part to take out.
